I have been pouring through the Living Forgotten Realms Adventures and I noticed that some of the adventures mention gaining favor with particular groups. To the best if my knowledge, 4E doesn't have a specific Favor mechanic, unless they introduced it with the Living Forgotten Realms Adventures and I just overlook it.

So I was wondering if that is something that folks have homebrewed or is that something people even bother with?
