OK parkour isn't technically martial... is it? If so what feats do I take?
Can I use acrobatics to be unaffected by difficult terrain is there a skill power for that.
Can I have a climb speed that approaches some folks normal run

Seems reasonable to have a single feat to me... but I would have a prerequisite that the PC had training in both athletics and acrobatics. Maybe a minimum Str, Dex. What mechanical effects would go with it? What tier?

Shrug for me the core element is being able to move with unimpaired speed through difficult and dangerous terrain (ie the free-running element) , but having a climbing speed that is basically reliable and fast is in there too. Can you think of anything else appropriate?

Nuada is the reason I love playing spear wielding characters in D&D. God he was awesome. Eladrin-Fighter is good for him, but I feel Monk fits better mechanically.

Nuada's the reason I would prefer to associate elves (and eladrin) with spears rather than swords.
Also, that rediscovered archery technique is amazing. Put it in the hands of a 4e-style superhuman martial character and you have something truly awesome.

Oh yeah actually think the technique makes some of the barrage powers in the game already entirely plausible.
